End-of-Season Softball Party

Hosts:  Mike and Cathy Sloan (mike@sloansearch.com).

Location:  2527 Manion Dr (last house), located in Drummonds Field subdivision off of Greensprings Road.

Time:  7 PM to whenever. Come and go any time during the evening.

Venue:  outside yard / beach party with bonfire. Very casual.

Parking:  please park on the cul-de-sac and Manion Drive.

League-provided items:  WSSL will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, buns and condiments. Also a keg of beer, bottled water, and paper products.

What to bring:  We would encourage guests to bring a side dish, and wine or spirits of their choice. Also bring folding or camping chairs.

Other items:  Mike could use a few folding tables so people can choose to sit at tables to eat. Also could use a half a dozen volunteers to help with setup, cooking, cleanup, bonfire, etc. Volunteers should arrive at 6 PM.
