2024 Winter Workout Program
The 2024 WISC Winter Workouts will begin on Tuesday January 16th. An initial outline of the schedule and a description of the sessions is shown below. Please view the Team App for updates. All reservations for sessions MUST be made via the Team App. If you do not have the app yet, please load it on your phone or access the Team App website. See the installation instructions for more info.
These workouts are a great opportunity to burn off the off-season rust (and extra pounds), work on your skills, and prepare for the 2024 season. It is also a great way to introduce new recruits to the league.
Here is the initial weekly schedule. Workouts run from Tuesday, January 16 through Friday, March 15. Times, sessions, and SMEs (subject matter experts) may change over time. See you there!
